Delivery Information – Tamzey Interiors

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL PRODUCTS

At Tamzey Interiors, we believe that style and comfort shouldn’t come with hidden costs. That’s why we offer free standard delivery on all our products to UK Mainland addresses.

Please note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands are excluded from our free delivery service. If you're based in any of these areas, please contact us directly for a delivery quotation. Deliveries to certain regions in Scotland may take slightly longer than the usual lead times; for a more accurate estimate, feel free to get in touch with our team.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Occasionally, we accommodate requests for international deliveries. Should you need that type of service, please contact us before placing your order so that we can assist in arranging the delivery through a third party. Selected manufacturers will contact you directly to arrange suitable delivery times or advise suitable tracking information once dispatched

Smaller Item Deliveries

Smaller items are typically shipped via reliable couriers such as Hermes, Parcel Force, or APC. Many of these providers offer tracking and estimated delivery times, which we’ll happily share with you when available. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a contactable mobile number, allowing drivers to reach out via call or text if needed.

Larger Item Deliveries

For larger or bulkier items, we work with trusted third-party logistics partners who specialise in the safe delivery of furniture and oversized goods. We aim to deliver in-stock large items within 4 to 10 working days.

Please note that while many products are held in stock, others may be available for pre-order or on backorder from our suppliers. In these cases, we will keep you fully informed of any expected delays. If you require a more specific delivery window before placing an order, our team will be happy to assist.

Large/heavy items are delivered to ground floor only, and customer assistance may be required to help the delivery team. For insurance reasons, deliveries above ground floor or using specialist equipment may incur an additional fee.

Delivery Day Guidance

We ask that customers inspect all items upon delivery and before the delivery team departs. This allows for immediate return in the rare event of damage. If you’re unable to check the goods right away, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any issues. Unfortunately, claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date, and where possible, an estimated time slot will be provided via email or SMS. Standard deliveries take place Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries can sometimes be arranged upon request for an additional charge.

If you are unavailable on the arranged date, please notify us as soon as possible. Failed deliveries or late cancellations (after the item has been dispatched) may incur re-delivery or return fees. Once a delivery slot has been confirmed, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Access, Safety & Assembly

Please ensure that your order can fit through doorways, stairwells, and hallways, especially large pieces like tables over 220cm. If you’re unsure, please consult with us before delivery. In cases where access is restricted or specialist handling is required, additional charges may apply.

For safety reasons, please keep pets and young children clear of the delivery area during the drop-off.

Items may arrive unassembled and in multiple boxes to protect them during transit and ease access into your home. Some may require minimal self-assembly. Please note: white glove delivery and full assembly services are not included as standard, but we are happy to provide a quote for these services upon request before purchase.
